Once Amigo Tours confirms your booking, a contract is made between Amigo Tours and you upon the terms and conditions set out below. Amigo Tours is hereinafter referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’.

Booking

Once full payment is made, you will be allocated a place/places/seat/seats on the particular tour, and a reservation voucher within 12 hours will be emailed to you. This is your booking confirmation. You should print (optional) or electronically save it for your reference. Note that all of our suppliers accept electronic vouchers.

Once you begin your tour/activity, you accept and agree to follow these terms and conditions.

We accept NO responsibility for incorrect email addresses or inability to deliver emails. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, you must contact us to resend the email confirmation. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee delivery.

All internet bookings will be confirmed by email.

We reserve the right to sell any places reserved without full payment or a deposit.

Prices on our website may differ from those in physical stores. Physical stores are not obligated to match online prices.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the date, time, and pick-up location upon receiving the tour confirmation. This information will be included in our email.

Offer Validity

Prices provided as part of a group offer from Amigo Tours are valid for one (1) month from the date the offer is issued. After this period, the offer may be adjusted based on availability, seasonal changes, or other factors. Customers are encouraged to confirm pricing and availability before finalizing their booking. Amigo Tours reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer after the validity period expires.

Pay on Bus Policy

Clients who choose the “Pay on Bus” option acknowledge that discount coupons, promotional codes, or special offers cannot be applied. Discounts are only valid for advance payments made through the official Amigo Tours website or approved payment methods. By selecting “Pay on Bus,” customers agree to pay the full standard rate. Additionally, customers must provide their phone number, hotel name, tour date, and other necessary details.

Insurance

Our buses are fully insured, covering any injuries passengers sustain while on board.

We take no responsibility for:

• Injuries or losses during optional activities outside our tour package.

• Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings at any time during the tour.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email to Amigo Tours at [insert email].

• Full refunds are granted only if cancellation is made 24-48 hours before departure (varies by tour).

• No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.

• You may reschedule your tour (subject to availability), pending approval from Amigo Tours management.

• For private group bookings or bus hires, a 2-week cancellation notice and a €500 administration fee apply.

If your cancellation reason is covered by insurance, you may claim through your policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

Traveling

• You must comply with Greek law and respect local customs.

• Amigo Tours reserves the right to remove disruptive passengers without refund.

• We are not liable for delays, missed connections, or others’ behavior.

Pickup Points

• Arrive 10 minutes early at your designated pickup location.

• Delays may occur due to traffic; call our 24/7 emergency number if issues arise.

Your Responsibilities

• Disclose medical conditions requiring attention before the tour.

• Secure necessary visas, passports, and vaccinations.

• Respect local residents, especially at night.

• Maintain courtesy toward guides, drivers, and fellow travelers.

Complaints

• Report issues immediately to your guide/driver.

• Submit written complaints within 3 days of the tour’s end.

• Complaints are only valid for direct bookings (not resellers) unless the tour differs from the advertised itinerary.

Weather Conditions

• No refunds or changes are permitted due to weather.

• We may cancel tours in extreme weather, offering a full refund.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.

General

• These terms constitute the entire contract between you and Amigo Tours.

• Any changes must be in writing and approved by Amigo Tours.

• Disputes are governed by Greek law, with jurisdiction in Greek courts.
